What you share, how your enquiry is handled, and what to check before buying or arranging a service.
Information you choose to share
Callback forms ask for a mobile number and PIN code. Society and factory site-visit forms also ask for your name and society or company name. Your chosen enquiry and any setup details you submit help the team respond. The form records a lead identifier, page source and submission consent alongside the enquiry.
The emergency location button asks your browser for permission to get your location. If allowed, coordinates are put into a prefilled WhatsApp message. If declined or unavailable, you can share the location yourself. Check the message before sending it.
How enquiries are used and stored
Submitted forms are sent to JumpstartJi’s Google-hosted enquiry system so the team can contact you about the request, discuss a setup or arrange a site visit. These submissions are not published on the website.
WhatsApp links open a separate service. Information you send there, including a policy photo or other documents you choose to attach, is shared through WhatsApp rather than a website upload. Share only what is needed for your enquiry, never passwords or payment codes.
Service providers and sharing
The website is hosted on Vercel. Form submission uses Google services. Those providers process information under their own terms. WhatsApp and any insurer websites you open have their own privacy policies.
Arranging a requested pickup, repair or claim may require relevant details to be shared with the dealership or insurer involved. Ask the team what is needed before sharing sensitive documents. This notice does not authorise unrelated marketing or the public use of your details.
Optional usage measurement
Measurement is off unless you choose “Allow local measurement” in the footer. When allowed, this device stores counts of named actions such as starting the finder, viewing a calculator result, skipping a lead step or clicking WhatsApp. No phone number, PIN code, location, setup, message text or visitor identifier is recorded in these counts. They are not sent to an analytics provider. Turn it off in the footer to clear the stored counts.
Your choices and contact
You can browse without submitting an enquiry, close a popup, or skip optional lead steps where offered. Submitting a callback or site-visit request means you agree to contact about that request.
This website and its enquiry system are operated by JumpstartJi. For access, corrections, deletion or questions about a submitted enquiry, contact JumpstartJi at sanmit@jumpstartji.com or 8603 8603 37. Tell the team what you submitted and what you would like changed. Do not include unnecessary personal information. Website enquiries are kept for up to 60 months from the date of the enquiry. To have your details deleted earlier, email sanmit@jumpstartji.com.
Website information and estimates
Battery prices, availability and model compatibility need confirmation before purchase. Check the selected product’s warranty, fitting and old-battery adjustment terms. Inverter calculator results are planning estimates, not a final installation design or a guaranteed backup duration.
Service timing depends on confirming the request, location and availability. Labels on the website are not a substitute for confirming the actual arrival or response time with the team.
Insurance and claim support
Insurance cover, exclusions, deductibles, cashless arrangements, towing limits and claim approval depend on the policy and insurer. The insurer makes the claim decision. JumpstartJi’s described claim support is dealership coordination, supervision, updates and checks through completion; it is not a guarantee of approval or a fixed repair deadline.
Claim registration is through the dealership body shop in the process described here. Check your policy and the insurer’s instructions for the steps applicable to you.
Before confirming a service or purchase
Confirm the product or service, price, payment terms, delivery or visit arrangements and any cancellation terms with the team. This website does not itself take an online payment or issue an insurance policy. No new cancellation fee or refund promise is created by this page.
