About JumpstartJi
India's first 15-minute doorstep battery help for cars, plus inverter batteries and car insurance claim support.
Why JumpstartJi exists
Before JumpstartJi, I spent four years running Mekit, helping people in Mumbai manage their cars. Across 500+ customers, one call kept coming back: "my car won't start" or "I need a jumpstart." Nobody ever called to buy a battery. Every battery sale began with a breakdown.
The same sequence played out more than 100 times: a mechanic tests the battery, the battery is dead, and a second person comes to replace it. Two visits, two people, and the customer waits through all of it.
JumpstartJi started in April 2026 to cut that down to one visit. You call, we show up in 15 minutes, test the battery with a machine, hand you a printed health report, and fix it on the spot. Car not starting? We come, test, fix.
The insight
Buying a car battery is not a purchase decision. It is a crisis response. Nobody plans for it; it begins when the car refuses to start. In that moment, whoever shows up first to diagnose wins.
That is why speed is the brand: 15 minutes. And JumpstartJi is a battery company at heart - starting with cars, led by the jumpstart.
What we do
Car battery. Car not starting? We come in 15 mins. JumpstartJi tests the battery first and gives you a printed report. The point is simple: replace only if needed.
Inverter batteries. Power backup for your home and shop. List the appliances and backup time you need before choosing an inverter setup.
Car insurance. Car insurance with real claim support. From dealership pickup to daily updates and bill checks, we manage the follow-through.
Where we work
Khar, Bandra, Santacruz, Juhu.
When we work
10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday to Thursday. Closed on Fridays.
